Galilean Home Ministries is a non-profit, mission oriented organization, functioning in a collaborative community environment, with one purpose in mind: Helping those that need help; loving those that need love.
Another aspect of the “home” is its Born Free program, providing a temporary home for babies with incarcerated mothers and facilitating regular visits with each baby and mother. The outreach is located in the Angel House building on campus, where more than 700 children under the age of two have stayed since the program’s inception in 1991.
A special place at The Galilean Home is the “Blessing House”, where those with varying degrees of special needs live. These residents range from those being completely bed-ridden, to those that are able to be in wheelchairs, and lastly those that just need some supervision and an extra hand. These special residents are given assistance, 24 hours a day with around the clock care.
The Galilean Christian Academy is a private, Christian academy for students Pre K - 12th Grade right here on our campus. Jerry & Sandy had a vision of making Christian education easily accessible to the local community and they are doing just that through GCA.
